If you wish to be a part of this changing scenario, we are here to welcome you into our dealer network.Dealership appointment process• After the receipt of the Letter of Interest, the Dealer Development Department will conduct a screening and will revert on the Due-Diligence schedule.• Prospects will have to present their business case, investment plan and proposed site details during the Due-Diligence. A third party responsible for conducting Financial Diligence will get in.• The final shortlisted party will be invited for a meeting with the top management to accept the Letter of Intent and to visit the manufacturing unit.• Post completion of the dealership facility and readiness on manpower and systems, an Essential Operating Requirements (EOR) certification is released. Thereafter the dealer is authorized to commence operations.• Dealership Agreement will be issued within a month of the EOR certification.
